What does the typical day look like:
Business Development Executive
- Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
- Landlord communication: Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract
- Contract negotiation: Successful negotiation and signing of contracts
- Data maintenance: Maintaining up-to-date information in our customised database software, LiveTrack
Sales Executive
- Communicating with landlords: negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords
- Preparing for calls with landlords: includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources
- Entering Data: entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Preparing Proposals: creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.
What are we looking for:
- Fluent in German.
- Great attention to detail
- Sales and negotiation experience
What does the company offer you:
- Salary: €35,000 per annum base salary + est. 15k-20k in commission
- Location: You pick, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Hannover or Maastricht
