About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global People Operations Specialist to provide essential HR operations support within a dynamic, global environment. This is a junior-level, trilingual role focused on HR administration and shared services, ideal for someone fluent in administrative HR systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operations including position management, payroll input validation, benefits administration, timekeeping, and document preparation
- Manage data administration across multiple HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Replicon
- Provide employee and manager support on HR processes and systems
- Ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to process improvements
- Required Skills & Experience
- Fluency in one of the following language combinations:
- French, German, and English OR
- Dutch, French, and English
Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems
Previous experience in HR operations, preferably within a global organization
Strong knowledge of German labor laws and HR administration is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Solid background in shared services and administrative HR systems/tools
Contract Details
- Contractor role (not a temporary position)
- Competitive daily rate up to €300 per day
