Cpl are delighted to be hiring a HR Business Partner for global pharmaceutical manufacturing client. Based in West Dublin, working fully on site, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing busy workplace Your day-to-day will be dynamic and impactful, including:
- Collaborate with site leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and future talent needs.
- Lead workforce planning and partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Launch initiatives that boost employee morale, foster inclusivity, and enhance workplace culture.
- Guide performance management, identify training needs, and support career development across the site.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, ensuring policies and practices are legally sound and people-focused.
- Work with HR service teams to deliver seamless onboarding, benefits support, and day-to-day HR processes.
Experience and skills required:
- 5+ years in progressive HR roles
- Hands on Irish employment laws is essential
- Experience in an FMCG, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is required
- The ability to be on site 5 days per week
