HR Business Partner required for new role in Frankfurt!
- Completed university degree, ideally in business administration with a specialisation in HR, law or psychology or comparable professional training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience as a generalist in the HR area, sound specialist knowledge that can be applied as required in day-to-day and project work
- Knowledge of individual and collective labour law
- Very good knowledge of standard Office software and experience with HR information systems
- Broad experience in project and change management: for example experience in outsourcing/experience in organisation design and restructuring
- Experience in stakeholder management as well as internal or external consulting experience
- Training: Experience in capability gap assessment/Experience in developing a training plan for retention
- Experience in helping leaders through change – particularly when it’s a change that leaders are not experienced in (e.g. off shoring)
- High level of service orientation, excellent communication and teamwork skills, very structured way of working, organisational talent as well as high resilience and flexibility
- Influencing skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
