Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving transformative change across the organization.
This position requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in organizational restructuring, change management, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that people strategies support the company’s growth and transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational change and restructuring initiatives.
- Lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement throughout transformation projects.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver best-in-class solutions across recruitment, learning, and reward.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies during all change processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Demonstrated experience in transformative change projects, including organizational restructuring.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
