Role Overview
We are seeking an Organisational Development Executive to join a dynamic HR team within a leading public sector organisation. This role provides essential support in the day-to-day operations of the Organisational Development (OD) function and contributes to multiple strategic and operational projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for the OD team across all activities.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of OD projects, including change management, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives, leadership programs, and talent management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for OD projects and activities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of OD initiatives.
- Contribute to research and analysis to inform OD strategies and decision-making.
- Handle ad hoc duties and tasks as required to support the HR and OD function.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar Organisational Development, HR, or related role.
- Experience supporting projects and initiatives within HR or OD functions.
- Familiarity with change management, employee engagement, and learning & development practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems.
- Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Organisational Development, Business, or related discipline.
