Our healthcare client in Drogheda has an exciting requirement for a HR Manager to join their team for a 2 year fixed term contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of a range of HR services to the organisation and provide guidance on ER related issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Attendance and participate in HR Management meetings.
- Development of the HR function and operational model, in line with group strategy
- Provide and present HR data analytics to management team, using data dashboards and presentations
- Engage and attend meetings with trade unions and staff representatives
- Provide ER updates and attend third party hearings as
- Contribute to the development and roll out of the employee experience
- Provide leadership in the area of change management
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Attend and participate in relevant staff development programmes and assist in the training of colleagues
- Identify training and professional development need
- Comply with all HR system and policy requirements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5 years+ senior human resource management experience
- Strong ER/IR experience, with excellent employment law knowledge
- Experience of working and negotiating with Unions
- Strong working knowledge of HR and IT systems – SAP, MS
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- A relevant third level qualification is essential.
