HR Manager Change and Transformation
I am recruiting for an experienced HR professional for a 10–12-month contract opportunity in the South-East.
This role is very employee focused and will cover area and projects such as L&D, employee development programs, process improvement, policy and procedure review. It will require strong business partnering skills and experience in change and transformation management.
This is a broad ranging and exciting role that will allow for autonomy and will also require flexibility to support day to day tasks.
