Summary of the role:
HR manager responsible for building, implementing and managing processes and policies for hire to retire cycle for the employees in the locations. To also manage internal and external compliances and all employee matters.
What is the job about:
· Formulation of strategy, planning and implementation of HR activities covering employee life cycle i.e. talent acquisitions, on-boarding, HR administration, performance management, employee engagement and exit management
· Work closely with Business stakeholders for all talent related matters and planning
· Work with global and corporate for HR practises and policies
· Provide recommendations and implement HR Best practices
· Support change management processes- employee transfers.
· Responsible for internal and external compliances for employee related matters
· Facilitate a timely flow of information from various units, systems or corporate functions- also build efficiencies and optimisation.
· May also involve centre and process set up for new location.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in the similar HR generalist role in HR corporate environment (at least 5 years); BPM industry preferred.
· Very good knowledge and experience of German Labor Code
· Strong people management skill
· Hardworking and stress-resistance personality
· Effective communication skills proven in diverse or multicultural environment
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Proficiency in English – this is our company language
· Ability to work with global and offshore teams and stakeholders
