Cpl is working in partnership with Ireland’s leading wholesaler to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to join their successful team in Coleraine.

Your new role
As HR Administrator you will have the opportunity to provide HR Administrative support across Operations, Food Outlet, Sales and Head Office functions in NI, Scotland & Republic of Ireland.
Main duties & responsibilities:
· Play a key role in driving the HR Strategy across the group
· Supporting on investigation/ disciplinary & grievance meetings
· Providing support to Managers, Supervisors & Employees where appropriate
· Prepare letters and documents for employees & employee relation case work
· Ensure all HR records are up-dated and maintained
· Co-ordinate internal & external training
· Support absence management across the group
· Support Performance Management initiatives both high performance and low performance
· Supporting end-to-end recruitment process
- Checking weekly payroll run
Essential criteria:
· Degree in Human Resource Management or a related degree.
· CIPD Qualified or working towards CIPD qualification (or a willingness to work towards CIPD qualification)
· Full UK driving licence.
· Excellent IT skills which include; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
· High level of verbal and written communication skills.
· Presentation skills.
· Experience in supporting recruitment campaigns.
· 2 years experience in a HR Administration role
