Cpl is recruiting for a Non profit Organisation seeking a HR Recruitment Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in Dublin 2 with a hybrid working policy and a 35-hour working week.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns, including temporary and emergency staffing.
- Liaise with internal HR/OD Business Partners and Hiring Managers to determine recruitment processes, advertising strategies, and timelines.
- Screen applications, prepare candidate shortlists, and manage interview scheduling and communications.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and transparent process.
- Maintain compliance with legal and policy frameworks, including data protection and recruitment regulations.
- Document and standardise processes in line with public sector guidelines.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management and government departments.
- Support financial and operational tasks, including raising purchase orders, budget management, and collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Recruitment or HR Administration, ideally with exposure to temporary staffing.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in liaising with external agencies and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain operational processes and documentation.
- Practical experience in financial administration, including purchase orders and budget tracking.
- Excellent analytical, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent is desirable.
