The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business pipeline and working closely with experienced Account Executives to accelerate growth in the DACH market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and research high-potential target companies
- Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns
- Collaborate with SMB Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline
- Craft and optimise messaging across industries and buyer personas
- Share insights and best practices to continuously improve outbound performance
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–12 months of professional experience (ideally as an inbound or outbound BDR in MarTech, SaaS, or tech)
- Strong ambition and motivation to exceed targets
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent German and English
