The Infrastructure Support Analyst primary purpose, is to manage escalated IT calls in
relation to incidents and service requests. This role involves providing technical
support on several different technologies, troubleshooting hardware, software, and
network issues and working with third parties on more complex problems. You will
ensure timely and effective responses to user inquiries, contributing to the smooth
operation of IT systems and delivering excellent customer service.
Main skills required are Windows Server/Desktop, O365, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware and come networking skills ideal.
