We are expanding our multilingual sales team and looking for a driven Arabic-speaking Inside Sales Account Representative to support the SMB market across EMEA. 🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their challenges and goals
- Run consultative sales conversations and position the right solution
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Work closely with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience
- Accurately manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce (or similar CRM tools)
- Stay informed on product updates, pricing models, and market trends
👤 What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Arabic and English (C1 level or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales, outbound sales, or SMB account management experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build trust quickly and close deals confidently
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, or digital solutions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred but not essential)
