In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales journey while supporting long-term business development and customer satisfaction.
Your Role
- Partner with the wider sales team to support existing customers and follow up on qualified inbound and outbound leads
- Develop long-lasting relationships with decision-makers across engineering, operations, management, and purchasing
- Proactively uncover new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
- Advise customers on suitable technical solutions aligned with their requirements
- Create customised quotes, proposals, and supporting sales documentation
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
What You Bring
- Fluency in both German and English
- A degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- Previous exposure to sales within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Industrial environments is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at multiple stakeholder levels
- Detail-oriented mindset with a relationship-focused approach to sales
