Role Summary
We’re looking for two IT Help Desk Support Specialists to provide frontline technical support for hardware and software issues, manage support requests through a ticketing system, and deliver excellent customer service to internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve support requests via ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals) and software issues.
- Log, update, and close support tickets accurately.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT Help Desk or technical support role.
- Comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software.
- Experience using a ticketing system.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
