IT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Core Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact between Vesta IT and our partners during production incidents and planned maintenance activities.
- Support individual Account Managers and Call Center Operations in the introduction and optimization of both new and existing services
- Provide an interface between the Call Center Operations team and key support organizations: IT, Customer Care, Engineering, Payments and Account Management
- Author and maintain product run books, specifications, and other documentation for functionality deliverables from support organizations
- Develop and manage the collection and analysis of data from support organizations that will benchmark and improve product performance and the customer experience, and that will also prevent possible production outages.
Education & Experience Required:
- Two-year degree from technical institution or equivalent industry experience
- Basic knowledge of and experience with Linux, Microsoft Windows support, F5 load balancers and SQL queries
- Experience using an ITSM ticketing system, such as ServiceNow
- Experience using Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Splunk
- Experience and/or knowledge of ITIL

This is an on-site Role located in Dundalk Co. Louth that will require you to work Shift Patterns.
