Our technology client, in Dublin City Centre, have a requirement for a Junior Recruiter for an 11 month contract, offering hybrid working. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of the entire recruitment process, from generating a consistent candidate pipeline up to offer acceptance rate. It requires developing a strong knowledge of business hiring needs and requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Recruitment of high-quality talent for roles across EMEA.
· Understanding the importance of diversity and utilising creative techniques to source and engage talent.
· Provide an excellent candidate experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
· Management on complex offer processes.
· Build and develop the company Talent brand.
· Communicate effectively with wider TA team
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 2+ years recruitment experience
· Experience working in a multinational organisation
· Excellent sourcing skills, with exposure to various recruitment tools
· ATS experience
· Experience with offer management and consulting compensation packages.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
