Legal PA | Dublin City | Hybrid | 40-45K
My client who is based in D2 are currently looking for a Legal PA to assist in supporting 2x partner in the litigation department. The role will consist of PA/administration duties and would suit someone from a medium to large law firm background, with 3+ year’s experience.
My client is offering Hybrid Working (4 days on-site/1 at home) + a great benefits package (Pension/Healthcare)
The role
The role is versatile and requires a proactive individual with a flexible approach, excellent attention to detail, an ability to build strong relationships and to remain calm under pressure. The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment.
What you'll do
- Supporting team of Associates with admin duties (printing, doc amends etc)
- Facilitating all client and internal meetings
- Liaising with clients representatives to arrange local and international meetings
- General administration including creation of letters; emails; updating memos; transaction documents; articles, pitch docs etc. in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Updating and maintaining contacts lists
- Liaise with Partners and Business Services departments including IT and Accounts
- Matter management support including opening and closing files and client WIP updates
- Matter Billing
- Travel arrangements
- Liaising with our travel management company with regards to flights, hotel accommodation, local transportation
- Organising logistics for overseas travel including visas, local currency and transport within country of destination
- Submitting and arranging reimbursement of expenses
- Maintaining an accurate record of all travel
About you
- Demonstrable level of experience supporting senior leadership within a professional services environment
- Proficient use of MOS including Excel and PowerPoint
- Dictaphone typing skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident and professional communication skills/manner at all levels
- Excellent priortisation skills and acute attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Proven team player
- Pro-active and can do attitude
