The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Events & Membership Coordinator to join our dynamic Group Marketing team. You’ll lead the planning and execution of events while managing key memberships to increase engagement and support our brand.

This is a great opportunity for a well-organised, proactive professional who enjoys event coordination, stakeholder management, and community-building.

What You’ll Do

Plan and manage events (webinars, workshops, conferences, etc.) from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics including venues, speakers, vendors, budgets, and materials
Promote events via email marketing, social media, and direct outreach
Track event metrics and provide post-event reporting
Manage and grow Cpl’s membership and partnership programmes
Handle membership queries and support cross-functional collaboration
Build strong relationships with internal teams, members, and sponsors
Support sponsorship opportunities and event communications

What You Bring

2–3 years of experience in events, marketing, or membership coordination
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or equivalent experience
Experience managing end-to-end event logistics and stakeholder communications
Knowledge of digital marketing and content promotion
Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and customer service mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or event management platforms
A team player with a go-getter attitude and strong organisational skills
