Marketing Executive
Cpl Marketing are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive for a Construction company on a permanent contract in their Dublin or Wexford Office. This person will be responsible for delivering integrated marketing activity that strengthens brand presence, supports lead generation, and improves early visibility on project opportunities. Working closely with leadership, business development, and tendering teams, the Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving pipeline growth and positioning the business across its core sectors.
*Construction industry marketing experience essential
Responsibilities:
● Support senior leadership in delivering the company’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
● Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility with contractors, consultants, and key clients across priority sectors.
● Develop and manage lead generation activity, building and reporting on lead funnels from enquiry through early-stage project intelligence.
● Collaborate closely with Tendering and Business Development teams to track opportunities, support prequalification content, and improve early engagement.
● Maintain accurate CRM data relating to marketing activity, lead quality, and pipeline triggers.
● Produce high-quality marketing content including brochures, capability statements, pitch decks, case studies, bid graphics, and news articles, ensuring brand consistency.
● Manage digital channels including social media, website content, SEO, landing pages, analytics, and performance optimisation.
● Coordinate events, exhibitions, client briefings, site visits, and industry engagements, including travel as required.
● Prepare regular marketing performance dashboards and KPI reports for senior leadership.
Requirements:
● Third level qualification in marketing, business, or a related discipline
● Previous HVAC or construction industry experience highly desirable
● Strong computer skills, including competency in MS Office suite
● Proficient in SEO, keywords, and landing page development
● Must be a team player
● Excellent written and spoken English
● Strong presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills
● Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and
● Willingness and ability to travel, if needed
