Marketing Manager – International Growth (Contract)
📍 Dublin (hybrid)
I’m currently partnering with a global tech platform to find a Marketing Manager – International Growth to support acquisition campaigns across key international markets.
This is a hands-on, international role where you’ll own end-to-end campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams, and localise global initiatives for regional impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving acquisition marketing campaigns across France, Germany, the UK, and India
- Partnering with Growth Marketing, Web, and Marketing Ops to deliver multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, web, ads)
- Optimising web pages to improve conversion and user experience in priority markets
- Owning campaign strategy with a test-and-learn mindset, including A/B testing
- Managing external agencies across content and design
- Localising English-language campaigns to ensure cultural and market relevance
- Analysing performance, turning data into clear, actionable insights
- Sharing results, learnings, and recommendations with stakeholders and leadership
What they’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
- Strong experience running international and localised campaigns
- Comfortable working in matrixed, fast-moving environments
- Experience across multiple channels (email, paid media, ads, web, webinars)
- Creative, audience-first marketer who enjoys testing, iterating, and improving
- Data-driven, organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong market knowledge in at least one core region is a plus
- French proficiency is a plus
Please note this is a 12months contract!
