About the Role
As a Registered Nurse you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care according to residents' care plans.
- Maintain effective communication with families and colleagues.
- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
Contract & Benefits
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Shifts: Day and night (flexibility required)
- Salary: €21-23 per hour, guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- €1,000 relocation package/sign on bonus
Requirements:
- Must possess EU citizenship
- NMBI pin
- Experience in elderly care is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Excellent organisational and observation skills
- A professional, caring, and compassionate nature
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
