The role, based East of London, is an Older People's Mental Health In-Patient ward and now cares for functional Mental Health individuals and those with Dementia (Dementia assessment).
Skill requirements: Assessment, Treatment/intervention - Personal and Domestic Activities of daily living, transfers, mobility, community access, home visit/access assessment, facilitating discharge, equipment/minor adaptation prescription. For individuals with Dementia this also includes but not exclusively sensory approaches, Life history work, recommendation for future accommodation and care needs.

Job Description:
- Band 6 Occupational Therapist
- Working hours: 8:30am – 16:30pm
- ASAP start - Ongoing Contract
- Monday to Friday
- Hourly rate of £27
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- 6 months NHS experience minimum
- Right to Work in the UK
