Paediatric Physiotherapist, Senior Grade - Cork
Senior Grade Physiotherapists are required by Cpl Healthcare in Primary Care Services, Cork Kerry Community Healthcare area in partnership with the HSE within both Community & Hospital Settings.
The Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist will work in conjunction with the wider Paediatric Primary Care Physiotherapy team members across the Cork region to provide a quality evidenced based paediatric Physiotherapy service. There may be a requirement to work across networks as Paediatric service demands require.
Job Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for client assessment, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that are client centered and in line with best practice
• To be responsible for the provision of a high quality Physiotherapy service in accordance with standards of professional practice
• To work in conjunction with other team members in coordinating and developing the service to meet the needs of the population it serves in line with the objectives of the organization
• To work with the Physiotherapy Manager in ensuring the co-ordination, development and delivery of a quality, client centered physiotherapy service across and between networks in the geographical area.
The Candidate:
• Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
• Have three years full time (or an aggregate of three years full time) post qualification clinical experience
• Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
• Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.
