Job Description: Part time role for Service Delivery Manager , your role will encompass; • Collaborate with the client on all contract matters including additional projects.; • Manage all day to day activities across 2 sites, ensuring quality service to the client.; • Manage a team of 20 + contracted team members.; • Manage the payroll, invoicing and billing for the contract in association with the Finance team.; • Manage the recruitment and contract negotiations for all team members.; • Manage the performance of the team.; • Point of escalation for any client matters.; • Mentor and provide an example to more junior team members, assisting their learning and acting as role model for attitude and approach to work.; • Reporting as required to customers and to senior management.; • Prepare tender documents upon renewal of existing contracts.; Requirements:; • A minimum of 10 years working in the IT sector.; • Experience working in Public Sector or with Public Sector clients.; • 5+ years in a management role, with responsibility for recruitment, contract negotiation and performance management.; • Experience writing and submitting tenders for public sector contracts.; • Excellent organisational skills.; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.; • Team player.; Call Lindsay O’Leary for further spec details. 00 353 86 8311808; #LI-LO1
