Programme Coordinator - 9 Month Contract
Our client, a leading Energy Management company is looking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to join their team in Dublin 4.
This key role involves leading a team of auditors and contributing significantly to our internal compliance and governance efforts. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly report suites, streamlining and enhancing processes, and managing the daily operations of our comprehensive BER Auditing scheme.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate the project activities of an experienced Audit team O
- Develop monthly and quarterly progress reporting
- Process development
- Ensuring adherence to SLA and KPIs
- Ability to communicate clear and concise messaging to a team
- Responsible for resource allocation and planning
- Familiarity with ISO standard compliance (9001, 27001, 45001, 22301)
- Dispute resolution
- Scheduling teams and programmes
- People management
- Ability to analyse trends
Knowledge/Experience:
- Level 8 Qualification in Construction, Built Environment or relevant technical field
- A strong background in QA will also be considered;
- Minimum of 3/4 years’ experience in a project coordination role;
- A BER Qualification, whilst desirable, is not essential for this role.
