An excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator, PMO Consultant with strong finance, excel and reporting skills to work a part time, 3 day week job for my client, one of Ireland's largest financial institutions. Onsite requirement 1-2 days per month.
Up to €300 per day depending on experience for 6 months initially.
Skills required –
At least 10 years commercial experience in a project support, administration role
Previous experience working within a PMO environment, ideally within the financial services sector
Excellent financial and excel capability with strong reporting skills
Strong operations and commercial awareness
Experienced supporting and analysing project financials
Knowledge and appreciation for project management and transformation
Exposure to MS Project, Project Planning, managing RAID logs.
Polished, professional with excellent communication skills
Vendor management and the processing of vendor invoices
Review, process and handle ongoing outgoing payments via core internal systems
PO set up and management
Attention to detail
Methodical and process focused
