Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Finance Consultant with a strong background in finance and proven expertise in acquisitions and divestitures. This role requires a blend of consulting and project management skills to lead finance-related projects, ensure seamless execution, and support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage finance projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee and support activities related to acquisitions and divestitures.
Provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage integration, transition, and compliance processes.
Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive management.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong finance background with hands-on consulting and project management skills.
Proven experience in acquisitions and divestitures (M&A / carve-outs).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in similar roles within finance transformation or transaction-related projects.
