Job Title: Receptionist

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prominent Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in the financial services sector.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and genuinely enjoys professional interaction with colleagues, visitors, and suppliers. While some experience is required, we value a fantastic attitude and proven administrative skills even more.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors and liaising with couriers.
- Delivery Logistics: Coordinate all deliveries and outgoing items, ensuring timely distribution to the correct departments.
- Reception Upkeep: Keep the reception area organised, tidy, and professional at all times.
- Facilities Support: Assist the Facilities Manager with invoices, purchase orders (POs), and general administration.
- Ad-Hoc Assistance: Jump in to help with various tasks as needed to support team goals.
- Administration: Handle administrative and clerical duties as directed.
- Process Improvement: Share ideas to improve workflows and boost efficiency.
