Cpl are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a Public Sector Organisation based in Dublin city centre for a 4 month temporary contract.
The ideal candidate would have 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- High Volume, 360 recruitment
- Partner with stakeholders, HR departments and line managers to provide excellent recruitment support
- Take a lead role in the management and delivery of group recruitment and selection requirements
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- High Volume 360 Recruitment
- Stakeholder management is key
- 3rd level qualification in HR or a relevant discipline
