The ideal candidate will have 6+ months experience in a Recruitment Coordination or Recruitment Administration position, with experience of working on a Recruitment ATS system.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruiters with recruitment administration
- Screen applications on Workday and shortlist candidates
- Place adverts using online media
- Assist with recruitment administration, creating purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors on outstanding invoices
- Co-ordinate welcome packs for all new starters
- Set up psychometric testing as required
- Assist with reference checking process and set up background checks as required
- Enter and track candidate information in the internal recruitment trackers and systems
- Process candidate and new hire documentation
- Report on recruitment outputs through workday
- Coordinate candidate travel and initiate expense reimbursement when required
Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in a recruitment admin position either in a recruitment agency or supporting a in-house Talent Acquisition team.
- Highly organised & self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
- ATS experience. Exposure specifically to Workday recruiting tool is a distinct advantage
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (must be a fluent English speaker)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
