Description of the Business Unit:
Bank of Ireland`s internal recruitment team source, assess and select the best talent for Bank of Ireland, both internally and externally, to enable our customers, colleagues and communities to thrive
Purpose of the Role:
Our Coordination team are responsible for accurate and professional recruitment administration including pre-employment screening.
What is the opportunity?
You will work with market leading technology and tools to ensure all recruitment requirements are met from a screening and regulatory perspective. Collaborating closely with our colleagues in HR and throughout the business your day-to-day and project work will directly contribute to Bank of Ireland delivering on its purpose.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinating the effective running of the administrative processes involved with recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end screening process of internal and external applicants, in line with Recruitment policies and procedures
- Conduct QA checks on completed screening files, e.g. CRU screening activity
- Connect Programme – Implementation / changes required on ATS post various deployments on new SAP system
- Provide support and advice on our recruitment process, policies and procedures
- Be accessible and responsive, clearly communicating throughout the recruitment process with all stakeholders
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Evidence of strong customer service focus
- Effective communication skills - verbal, presentation and written
- Ability to understand and process instructions in a timely and accurate manner
- Evidence of delivery within a demanding environment while managing conflicting priorities
- High Level of IT proficiency
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment role
- A relevant qualification in HR/CIPD or a desire to pursue your career within HR
- Previous experience working in a busy administration function
