Cpl have an exciting requirement for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator, to a childcare organisation, in Dublin West, for a permanent role. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for TAs, supporting their scheduling and compliance through the recruitment process. Hybrid working on offer, with 1-2 days onsite.
Responsibilities Required
- Support all recruitment coordination and scheduling
- First point of contact for any recruitment related queries.
- Assist with onboarding and training
- Maintain accurate records of compliance, certifications, and required training.
- Support in resolving staffing demands and issues
Experience Required
- 1+ years’ Recruitment Coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and basic administrative software
