Cpl HR recruitment have a fabulous opportunity for a Recruitment Lead to join a global Technology and Engineering organisation. The successful candidate will report to the HR BP and display excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively. The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Key responsibilities include:
•Posting job specs and sourcing CV’s - building a candidate base
•Arranging interviews & attending Interviews
•Maintain Recruitment tracker and reporting
•Referencing Checking
•Issuing contracts
•Participating in Recruitment Fairs
•Point of contact for recruitment agencies
•Manage Glassdoor and LinkedIn
•Assisting with mobility and work permit admin and tracking on an adhoc basis.
•Maintaining Employee Files to internal audit standards
•HR letters - confirmation of employment, salary certs, references, etc.
Key Requirements:
•Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience in a full 360 role (either in agency or in-house)
•Excellent attention to detail
•Demonstrated understanding of the employment market landscape.
•Strong communication
•Personal qualities that demonstrate leadership, confidence, sound judgment, enthusiasm, commitment and ethics.
•Excellent interviewing skills and practices.
•High organisational capabilities
•Problem solving skills
•Ability to work under reasonable pressure is a must
