Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Recruitment Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and supervising all aspects of the CRT operations. The individual will be also required to work alongside the team, supporting all Recruitment activities for Recruitment Services and Care & Support Services. The person will be responsible to drive recruiting processes and procedures that support the execution of all Consultant responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. This role is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and working with others to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our clients.
The Recruitment Team Lead will report directly to the Centralised Recruitment Team Manager consulting regularly with key stakeholders.
This role will involve hybrid working so the potential candidate must be based near our Servisource Dundalk office.
Duties of the role will include but not limited to:
· Supporting members of the recruitment team by overseeing the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and on-boarding.
· Fostering a strong candidate relationship.
· Undertake the duties involved in the recruitment of temporary agency staff.
· Supporting the recruitment team to achieve their KPIs and assisting to manage recruitment performance through effective direction.
· Team communication; encourage and lead the team with open communication fostering mutual respect and promoting a positive working environment.
· Working closely and taking direction from the CRT Manager in relation to recruitment challenges.
· Responsible for training all new recruitment team members in line with policy and procedure.
· Updating the CRT operational and training guide to ensure a unified approach to the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
· Responsible for team performance management.
· Promoting best practices in relation to the recruitment of external agency staff.
· Liaising closely with the Compliance Officer in relation to compliance levels for external agency staff and addressing issues accordingly.
· Using social media, internal databases, networking, job boards, and recruitment events to attract and connect with candidates.
· Collaborating with the Marketing dept. to create recruitment campaigns and measuring its success.
· Ensuring that all systems are being fully utilised and that all contact with candidates is logged adequately.
· Conducting regular team meetings and check-ins.
· Working with the Training dept. in relation to the scheduling of external agency staff training.
· Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to recruitment.
· Performing other duties as directed by Centralised Recruitment Team Manager.
Essential Requirements
· Minimum of 2 + years’ experience in a previous recruitment capacity.
· Previous experience in managing and leading a high performing team.
· Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English Language.
· Full proficiency in IT systems; Salesforce proficiency is desirable.
· Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Self-motivation with outside-the-box thinking and the ability to positively influence others.
· Desire to professionally upskill and develop self and others.
· Access to own transport and the ability to travel occasionally when required.
