Regional Sales Manager – West of Ireland

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to take responsibility for business development and account management across the West of Ireland.
The Role
This is a hands-on commercial role with a strong technical focus. You’ll be responsible for managing an established customer base while actively identifying new opportunities to grow market share.
You’ll work closely with distributors, end users, and internal teams to promote high-quality lubricant solutions, deliver value to customers, and drive sustainable growth in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory through proactive business development and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and key accounts.
- Identify new opportunities across sectors such as transport, agriculture, marine, and manufacturing.
- Provide technical support and guidance on product selection and lubrication performance.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver local campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver regular territory reports and sales updates to management.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B field sales, account management, or business development, ideally within lubricants, oils, chemicals, or related technical sectors.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot and convert opportunities.
- Comfortable discussing product specifications and applications with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives working independently.
- Strong organisational, reporting, and IT skills.
- Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
