Key Responsibilities Include:
- End to end recruiting, screening of research participants
- Oversee the participant experience
- Manage calendars, timelines, scheduling details, and logistics for multiple studies
- Involvement in the improvement of projects or initiatives
For Successful in This Role You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field
- Fluent in English and German
- Proven experience in customer support, research and/or research recruiting environment
- Advanced communication ability (reading, writing, listening) with the ability to manage and influence at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
