We are accepting CVs for the role of Responsible Individual to work on a part time basis - 1 day per week.
The perfect candidate will have:
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, Children and Young People
- Extensive experience working as a Responsible Individual or Registered Manager in an EBD/LD children's home environment
- A ‘Good’, as a minimum, Ofsted inspection record
- Effective supervision and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the relevant law, regulations, and standards and how to apply them
