My client, a well-established Retailer in Cork City, is currently seeking a high calibre Sales Assistant to join their team.
You will manage the Service Counter whilst also supporting with Sales of high-end jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality service to customers and deal with queries in a friendly and warm manner
- Manage the Service Counter and deal with various queries relating to resizing of rings, polishing of engagement rings, repairing of watches and jewellery, battery changes etc.
- Manage administration relating to customer products and ensure jewellery is logged correctly and booked in for various repairs/resizing with in-house jewellers or external partners (major watch brands).
- Support customers in finding their perfect item including designer goods
- Create effective window and counter displays
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure jewellery pieces are returned to the customer within the agreed timeframes
You will possess excellent communication skills whilst being enthusiastic, confident and motivated in your approach. You will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar retail environment, ideally selling or dealing with high end goods.
