The Role
- You will hire, lead and develop a team of Team Leads, Senior Account Executives and Sales Executives, direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of company products and services
- Reporting to the Senior Director for MM Benelux, you will partner closely with the agency sales team and field sales team in Amsterdam and you will become a key member of the wider sales leadership team
- You will be a mentor and coach to a high performing team of individual contributors and will create an environment in which your team feel guided and supported to perform to the best of their abilities
- You will develop high impact collaborations with stakeholders from client success, sales strategy, sales operations, scaled business success, strategy and operations, marketing, and others to help define and execute a sales strategy for organization in the Dutch market
- You will lead new business generation and up-selling of existing advertisers by delighting clients with compelling solutions mapped to their hiring needs
- You will ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast as well as progress against agreed performance metrics for your teams
- You will combine data-driven influencing and decision-making with a people-first approach to building a high performance culture for your teams and business
- You will ensure adherence to sales business rules, practices and policies for your teams and territory at all times
Who You Are
- Min 3 years relevant sales management experience
- Experience managing complex accounts
- Experience with interactive media, especially SEM and pay-per-click products
- An understanding of the Dutch or German recruitment landscape
- Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
- Dutch or German and English language fluency
