The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Manager will have 2 years’ experience in hotel sales (this is non-negotiable) and will:
- Hunt out and secure new business from corporate clients across the island of Ireland and further afield.
- Already know the business scene in Belfast, build relationships and use your connections for companies and travel bookers.
- Be outgoing and represent the brand at trade fairs, corporate showcase events and networking events.
- Be driven, focused and determined to meet and exceed sales targets.
The person:
- Minimum of 2 years in hotel sales and demonstrable evidence of business development.
- Have sound demonstrable knowledge of the corporate market in Belfast and NI.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, and the ability to negotiate and network with ease.
- Experienced in CRM systems, MS Office packages, and property management tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
