Sales Manager-Facility Management
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Integrated Facilities Services division across Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and can inspire teams to deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring clear targets, coaching, and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with key clients across multiple sectors, understanding their needs and offering tailored FM solutions.
- Drive new business growth through strategic prospecting, tender management, and market insights.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and senior leadership to create winning proposals and deliver profitable contracts.
- Develop annual sales plans, pipeline forecasts, and performance reports to support commercial decisions.
- Represent the organisation with professionalism at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Business Development role, ideally within FM, services, property, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to consistently achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities and experience owning sales pipelines end-to-end.
- Confident handling tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Full, clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationwide as required.
