We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join a well-established leader in the marketing and print solutions industry. Offering services across print, design, promotional merchandise, signage, and digital solutions, they are known for delivering innovative and creative marketing solutions.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. Working closely with the sales and production teams, your goal will be to drive revenue and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, video calls, and email communication.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM and internal systems.
- Nurture and expand existing customer relationships, while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels including outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support wider team goals and participate in projects as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar B2B sales or business development role with proven success in meeting targets.
- Industry experience in print, promotional products, signage, events, or marketing materials is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with strong professional persistence.
- High level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and data analysis/reporting.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A clean driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluent in English with a strong educational background.
