Specialist Sales Training EMEA
SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the EMEA Sales Training function and assists with the implementation of sales training projects.
Coordinates the development, maintenance, implementation and follow up of sales training programs, assets, and digital platforms. Coordinates workflows and copy clearance processes through the department.
Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative support, troubleshooting, and sales training program coordination.
- Maintains the sales training calendar and arranges meetings and appointments. Communicates training information to both individuals and local sales organisations.
- Organises and expedites flow of work through supervisor and provides follow-up to ensure projects and activities are completed as required.
- Assists in the design and development of sales training materials, by providing support in content and training materials creation, MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) approval, and data management.
- Gathers and analyses training data and keeping training records following company policies and guidelines.
- Serves as contact point for communication from other departments and vendors.
- Assists in organising and follow up on sales training programs and prepares training materials and facilities.
- Uses and maintains electronic or web-based training portals, assessment and learning reinforcement tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or university degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience, ideally in a medical/healthcare environment.
- High level of customer service mind set.
- Strong organisation skills, particularly critical when having to manage periods of peak workloads and tight deadlines.
- Ability to comfortably communicate and engage a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management experience.
- Successful track record in the organisation and support of training events incl. vendor negotiation.
- Digital proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally web based training and LMS platforms.
