We’re working with a leading global technology company that continues to invest heavily in its UK & Ireland customer base. To support this growth, they are hiring Senior Account Executives to manage and expand relationships within an established mid-market install base.
This role is ideal for experienced AEs who enjoy owning long-term customer relationships, driving expansion, and helping customers modernise their ERP landscape.
The Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing mid-market customers, with a clear focus on account growth, retention, and ERP adoption.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, guiding them through transformation journeys such as ECC to RISE migrations, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio.
This is a strategic, relationship-driven role with high customer visibility and meaningful commercial responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage approximately 50% of an existing customer portfolio
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Drive ERP adoption and expansion within the install base
- Lead and manage ECC to RISE migration conversations
- Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Orchestrate internal teams (pre-sales, partners, services) to deliver value
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account planning
Sales Motion
- Relationship-led, consultative sales approach
- Medium to long sales cycles depending on customer maturity
- Focus on value creation, not just renewals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management or install base sales
- Strong background in ERP or complex enterprise software
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across existing accounts
- Experience with ERP modernisation or cloud migration projects is a strong advantage
- Commercially minded with a customer-first approach
