Leading Global Business Transformation company in Ireland has an urgent need for a Senior Android Payments Developer for a long term contract role based in Ireland. You will lead the development of card acceptance applications on POS devices and play a key role in a legacy modernisation programme. You will design and implement secure, high-performance Android software for payment terminals (including PAX devices), collaborate with QA, product and programme teams, and drive payment certification with major card schemes.
Absolutely essential for this role is proven experience in Android POS Development Design and implementation of Android applications for POS terminals, delivering clean, maintainable Java/Kotlin code for embedded Android/AOSP-based devices.
Please be fully aware that this role is a minimum 12 month date rate contract but you are absolutely expected to be working from the client site in Ireland 5 days per week.
