We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior CRM Manager to join our client in Dublin This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of CRM strategy and execution, from campaign planning to automation and loyalty initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and rollout of customer communications across all stages of the player lifecycle.
- Oversee segmentation, messaging, and campaign scheduling to ensure timely and relevant engagement
- Regularly evaluate campaign impact using A/B testing, control groups, and performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine targeting and communication strategies
- Build and optimize automated marketing journeys that guide players from acquisition through to loyalty and reactivation, using CRM platforms
- Support the development and execution of tailored initiatives for high-value players in collaboration with loyalty and VIP teams.
- Define and track key CRM performance indicators.
- Create dashboards and reports that highlight customer engagement, retention trends, and opportunities for growth.
Experience
- 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally within digital consumer sectors
- Strong track record of delivering data-driven multichannel campaigns that drive measurable impact
- Proficient in CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Optimove, Emarsys, Adobe, or similar.
- Highly analytical and confident working with data to inform decision-making and strategy refinement
- Experience building or supporting VIP or loyalty programs is a plus
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation models and retention analytics (e.g. RFM, churn prediction, CLTV)
