Senior IT Security Analyst – Dublin (Hybrid)

Are you a seasoned security professional ready to step into a senior role within a global enterprise security team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation in the agri-food industry, where you'll play a key role in strengthening cyber resilience across a hybrid cloud environment.
You’ll be working on a diverse range of enterprise security projects, supporting incident response, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and Microsoft cloud security tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, triage and respond to security threats using Microsoft security stack and SIEM tools (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk).
- Manage end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle (scanning, risk analysis, remediation tracking).
- Contribute to security architecture improvements across Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and endpoint environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to support secure configurations and policies.
- Maintain and evolve SOC documentation, processes, and response playbooks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, with solid SOC or security operations exposure.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar), endpoint tools (Defender, Qualys, etc.), and Azure security services.
- Familiarity with industry frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, IEC62443 a plus.
