What You’ll Do
Become the driving force behind manufacturing excellence. In this role, you will:
- Lead Process Improvement: Own and execute key engineering initiatives that deliver measurable operational success.
- Champion Manufacturing Excellence: Boost quality, efficiency, and output through robust engineering solutions.
- Bring Strategic Vision: Develop and implement technical strategies that align with broader business goals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Inspire & Lead: Mentor, guide, and develop a team of two engineers while managing their priorities and project portfolios.
What You Bring
You’re someone who combines deep technical expertise with the leadership to move people and processes forward.
- Engineering Qualification: Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in a similar GMP or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Project Leadership: Strong background in project management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lean & GMP Knowledge: Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or GMP environments is a strong advantage, alongside proficiency in Lean tools.
- People Leadership: Ideally, experience managing or coaching engineers and coordinating work across multiple simultaneous projects.
